“Take some more tea,” the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.
“I’ve had nothing yet,” Alice replied in an offended tone, “so I can’t take more.”
“You mean you can’t take less,” said the Hatter: “it’s very easy to take more than nothing.”
“Nobody asked your opinion,” said Alice.”
― Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
Luckily, I’ve had lots of tea to fuel my third novel — or at least enough to finish the first draft. It is far from perfect, but it is on the page, which is in itself a success. I’ll take a rest from it to let it percolate, then steep myself back in it during the month of June (too many tea metaphors? Never!).
June will be a month of editing. I’m looking forward to making the novel Powell’s-worthy (that’s the noblest goal one can have).

Wonderful, Congratulations! Ken
Kate,
Doeth that make this a triology? Enjoy the tea. You deserve it. just had coffee with some cheese cake at 11:30pm but I won’t be doing an all-nighter – sleep calls and it will be answered.

PS – on page 132 of a friend’s book – quite mathematical with braids and all – no kneading requred. PPS – Happy Birthday on the 5th.
Not a trilogy yet – but two separate series are developing!
